They are owned by their wonderful owners Rose & Lyle in Tinton Falls, NJ. Rose & Lyle consider their bassets as their children. The first basset was Belvedere. Belvedere's parents are Jessica & Fred. Then came Reagan out of Aponi & Horn. Next was Lincoln out of Razzle Dazzle & Fred.
